So wondering if others with Waterbox stands have had any similar experience with their stands or if I'm just the lucky one. Find it hard to believe I'm alone since one of the replacement panels they sent me had the same issue as the original. I will add that the Mfg date sticker on the stand boxes show the stand was made a year ago. So that these issues were present, I find it hard to believe that others that bought at least the 6025 over the past year didn't have similar issues.

Now their hinges have 3 adjustments that can be made, none of them have to do with attaching to the door, just where they attach to the stand panels.
  1. They can be raised or lowered < 1/4
  2. They can extend or retract from the attached panel
  3. They can extend or retract the door hinge side further or closer to the tank
I've spent more time than I can even think of right now trying to get these things adjusted so that the doors are leveled and the seam gaps are even... and it's impossible. A few of the adjustments are do to wonky hinges as fully extended or retracted they aren't flush when closed with the end panels of the stand, like this. I cannot adjust that so it is any further back, hinge problem, they'll send new hinges.

Then we move on to other problems, like the 'middle' position door on both sides is just lower. Mind you it's as high as I can get it, and the other doors are as low as I can get them, but they will never be leveled...

I have 1 door I have to push the top hinge out of being flush or the door won't close all the way, and even the magpin won't hold it shut.

And NONE of the doors close flush with the edge of the tank...

So is this the norm for these stands and I just have unrealistic expectations??? Because the complete lack of symmetry it getting my OCD a workout... I've had to start leaving the doors open with the magpin extended just so it's a little less noticeable.

Have you reached out to Waterbox about the issue?
Couple of times, they've sent me a few parts, trouble ticket #4 they are sending out all new hinges... Sure they will fix a few issues relating to being able to get the seams even between panels and while having the doors level. Few issues I don't know how or if they can be addressed. The center doors are 1/8 low and unless the hinges they are sending have more up/down adjustment that is how they will stay. The center of the doors where the mag/push pin in are and can't be flush, they are all angled like a V with the hinges being the top and the end they meet being the point.
