Waterbox Rodi Any Good?

Wondering if anyone here has the Waterbox brand RODI system. It is currently sold out but a 4 Stage 100GPD with Dual In-Line TDS Meter, auto shut off kit, flush kit, and float valve are on sale right now for $250 CAD. Pretty much the best deal you can find, but wondering if I should go with that unit or the Spectrapure 90GPD with the tds meter and manual flush for $317 CAD?

And just to be sure, don't require a 5 stage if the city just uses chlorine correct?

Its as good as any other 4 stage rodi unit - they all pretty much work the same way whether it says Waterbox on it or something else, chances are they're made in the same factory
