Anyone else have problem after problem after problem with their Waterbox stand? Will NEVER purchase another tank from them again. Their customer service has been no help and plays the blame game on us. Purchased an extended warranty that hasn’t done anything for us and we’ve only had the tank going on 2 weeks.
Go to fill it up today and noticed some of the feet are now bending. (We made SURE they were straight and secure when we got it up) the stand is literally the cheapest piece of garbage ikea furniture we’ve ever seen

Nope, which is why I steered clear of Waterbox (numerous other complaints from other Waterbox owners). I haven't actually seen the stand in-person, but I'm told it's IKEA quality.
It is so trash. For the amount of money we spent on it, I didn’t expect it to be cheap particle board

There was another guy on R2R that had issues with his tank and Waterbox ended up blocking him from contacting their support team (he ultimately had to get his LFS involved to finally get Waterbox to take the tank and stand back).

As a Canadian, I'm thoroughly embarrassed by Waterbox.

That’s kind of the extent we are at. I’ve contacted them so many times and they just don’t respond. The tank itself seems pretty sturdy. The stand? Not so much.

You went with Red Sea which has VARIOUS threads on this forum as they are known to leak. Every maker will have issues that don't satisfy you in one way or the other. I have a Waterbox 220.6 which has been fantastic since Jan 2020. I wouldn't touch a Red Sea tank with a ten foot pole.

The cabinet of the Waterbox tanks is definitely not built like a tank but has held up fine so far. The new LX line has a much sturdier cabinet from Waterbox.
