How do you know what is the right amount of water flow. (slow,medium, high)
can I hurt it, if its too high?

I just bought a Vargus Cespituaria. My first coral.

Good question. Honestly I think it's all about the opinion keeper of these corals& fish. I'm sure Your familiar with the "general rules" . I'm following to see what others say.
I personally like as much flow as I can have without beating the fish & corals up. I have a big Frogspawn & if I turn the flow up it's get's whipped around too much .
