Where is your watermelon chalice placed??? Flow and light please. I see a tear in the tissue i don't want it to spread i think it doesn't like where it's at. I looked at it tonight and it seems better the tissue looks more puffed. I might try moving it to a lower light i think that's what made it more puffed looking.

picture?

all of my chalices are in the sand bed away from direct light, with low to moderate flow.

Yep mine as well......

Same here. After spending more $$$ than on any other piece, I wasn't gonna argue w/the gal. She sad, "Put it low", about 3x. So low it is. Finally starting to get a green ring around it. Brighter pink & green than any I've ever seen. About 1/2 size of a quarter now.

i believe hypertek got the watermelon chalice from the referal contest a while back from totallyexoticcorals.com

Well just snapped this for you guys. It's actually a lot better now that i moved it under a shade. I think it's going to be alright.

Ok so maybe...maybe it's a bit over saturated...

Its the new LE TYREE LIMITED UBER AUSSUIE MEXI BALI MARICULTURE ORA MICRO MEGA CHALICE!!!!!

Sorry got a bit carried away there.

I got a alien eye chalice frag from UA and I have it at the top in a shaded corner on a frag rack. My stupid crabs were crawling across it and thought that was ticking it off. Do all chalicees require shaded or lower lighting and being in the sand?
