Watta heck is this???

So i just got home and i was staring at the tank like i always do i noticed this thing that moved when i passed the glass cleaner close to it..it shrinks and it waits a couple of min before it comes back out..watta hell is it? And what about the white circles that are on the rock they seem to be spreading

Spirorbid worms are the white things and the other might be a feather duster. Hard to tell from the picture.

Agree White tubes are spirorid worms. The second could not tell. Maybe a flashlight should help get a better shot if it doesn't retract to the light.

They're harmless.
Sometimes the worms bloom but seem to subside. If not , it's due to a lot of thier favorite foods.

Feather duster too. But a desirable filter feeder.

Yep. Harmless. If you ever get a shrimp they like them.
