I purchased a used 150g system in March. It had a 2 year old Apex (classic?) plus one link, power bar, etc. And, two WAVs.
About a month after moving I came home to both WAVs not running. Got on with Neptune and through several tests figured out that one WAV was bad. Neptune was actually really good about this. They offered a new WAV at 50% off even though I purchased the system used. I went for the offer and didn't get around to trying to hook the second WAV up for 3-4 months....I had added other flow so didn't really need it.
Well, hooked it up today and it doesn't run. It also doesn't shut the other WAV off, so seems like no power or not being recognized since one bad WAV will normally shut down all hooked up (which is not a good thing).
I've tried both extra ports on One Link, and, unplugged power and computer cable to One Link, still not running but existing pump is.
Am I missing something or is this thing DOA new?
