If I've got 2 WAV pumps, where should they be plugged in? I started with one pump a month or so ago, it was working fine plugged into the 1Link on the eb8. I added a second WAV a couple of weeks ago and now the first pump only does a pulse mode, one quick second of blowing and then nothing for about 10 seconds, then repeat. I took it out last weekend and soaked it in vinegar and gave it a good scrub. It wasn't really in need, but that's what I saw to do online. Didn't fix it. Someone posted on here that maybe it shouldn't be plugged into the eb8. So where should I plug the two WAVs into? TIA

The WAVs plug into the EB832 or a 1 link if you have one. Have you looked at your Dashboard to ensure the Apex sees the 2nd WAV? Also make sure the pump is set to Auto. Then check the little cog next to the Pump for the configuration. Is this set for a pulse with 10 sec delay only?

Yep, the dashboard shows both WAVs and I've tried several different settings in the configuration and they are both set to Auto. I shut them both down for feed and when I power them back up using the ON not the AUTO they both blow at 100% according to the dashboard. It's only when I move them to AUTO that the one pump will only do quick pulse.

Have you updated the Apex to the latest Firmware update? I had a similar issue a couple times and it was corrupted/out of date firmware that the WAVs wouldn't update to the later version when the APEX update were applied. From my past experienced the WAV pumps will stop working, run only at 100% or randomly pulse at a low frequency and its a known issue with some of the modes used (inverse, mirror and pulse) according to Neptune. I would try to remove the WAV completely from the EB8 and the dashboard. Reboot the Apex then add it back and start from scratch. If this doesn't work it's possible the pump is faulty, corrupted firmware on the APEX or WAV. You then should try to open a ticket with Neptune which they most likely will have you run the Apex diagnostic report.

Thanks pal, appreciate the knowledge. I believe I've got the latest firm/software, I'll check. I'm familiar with their excellent support folks as I've been having Trident issues and am a couple of weeks into loads of emails and a couple of phone calls.
