wav pump power setting and direction advice

Shifting to a mostly high end mushrooms/Zoas in my 90 cube. Some lps as well 30x30x30 have 2 wav pumps and was wanting some opinions on how much I should turn them up and in what didection I should point them. Ready to here yalls I put.
Some pics below of the rock work and my settings now. The pumps are on the back pointed towards the outside pains of glass.

It all depends. Every tank is different and requires different flow. Start low and see how the corals respond. Softies and lps like lower to moderate flow. Slowly increase the flow are find what your tank needs.
