WAV setting Q

My tank is 60x24 and I have them maxed at 50% what is everyone setting theirs to?one on side one on back

I have a 60x18 120 gallon and I have mine on the back wall in the corners about 6" down from the waterline. They are angled towards the center and I have them maxing out at 40%. I could probably run a little higher but between them and my return I get a ton of movement all around the tank. They are set on inverse almost all day.
