Wave maker help

I have a red sea 25 wave maker on my 70 gallon. Today its started making a weird noise (almost how a phone vibrates with the intervals between the vibrating noise). Looked at it and cant figure out why. Everything seems to be working and its never done this before today. Anyone have any ideas what it might be?

TAKE APART AND CLEAN.....something stuck in there and/or the "bearings" are wearing out...also look here....
