Wave Maker Schedule Ideas

Looking for some ideas on what schedule everyone is running on their wave makers. Currently have a ReefWave 25 in a WB 25 running random wave at 50%. Would like to have a night time wave setting, cleaning setting that stirs up everything, then daytime wave setting, followed by another cleaning setting prior to going into nigh time wave.

Also, is 50% (aprox 1000gph) enough or should I go for more flow.

Current tank is a clown, some gobies, zoa, and golden polyp.
