Wave Maker Settings

What settings should I put my wave maker on? They are in a Red Sea 525XL G2 (112 gallons display). I have one on the top left side going side to side and one on right side going up and down like the drawing said to do.

What settings should I be running on them? I don’t understand the slave and no slave.

I circled the locations in red on the picture.
