Wave / Powerhead placement

Wave/current question in my BC16. I have a Aqamai KPS and it works great! Just wondering about placement. Currently it’s attached to the back wall, facing forward. Based on other tanks I’ve seen I’m wondering in the left side wall, facing toward the right side wall wouldn’t be better!? The left side is up against the wall, as the tank sits in the corner of my office. So it could be placed anywhere on that side. Thoughts or ideas? Thank you!

If your corals are happy and keeping out their polyps, I'd leave it be
