Wave pump placement for Lagoon 50

Hello everyone! I recently set up my IM ext lagoon 50. I have an mp40 along with an mp10. I’m having the hardest time figuring out where to place the pumps and what setting to use. Each placement/scenario I try it only benefits one side of the tank. Who has this same tank? Can you share your set up? I know it’ll be different due to rock structure but at this point I’ll try anything.

I would worry too much about it, an mp40 in that size tank will offer way more flow then you need. Maybe place the 40 just a couple of inches lower and the 10 quite a bit lower. Or do you need one up high for surface agitation?

Thank you! Well I kind of wanting all around flow. I have placed them higher and lower but idk it’s so hard to tell. There’s definitely more flow on the bottom which I don’t want lol. I haven’t figured out how to lower the flow at the bottom
