wavebox question

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone here uses a wavebox in their nano tank?

I have a 30g cube and i’ve read that they’re recommended for 40g+... i’m wondering if it’d be too strong for a 30g even at the lowest strength? any thoughts?
