WaveEngine & Reef Octopus Varios 6 return pump

I understand that with the VarioS 6 there is no direct connection between the pump and the WaveEngine. The WaveEngine will have to connect to the pump's own controller box via the 0-10V port. Since the VarioS 6's own controller box only has 5 levels of speed settings, does it mean that the WaveEngine can only select one of those 5 speeds when controlling the pump? Or would it still be able to give me a much better percentage resolution via the WaveEngine app? Thanks in advanced!

No, you have much increased resolution. You can set it to whatever percentage you want as long as you hit minimum pump speed
