Wavemaker or no wavemaker for 29G quarantine tank?

I just got my new 29G quarantine tank set up.

It has about 2-3 days left dosing it with Seachem Stability (love this product, have used with all my tanks, fresh and salt, never fails) and I have Caribsea Arag-Alive sand in there to help speed things up too.

My question is should I add a wavemaker/circulation pump?

And if so, what would you recommend?

I just use good aeration in my QT. Wavemakers are really just for corals.

One observation - all that substrate is going to make the tank really difficult to use as a QT. It will interfere with copper medications, and then, things like flukes eggs and Ich tomonts are going to settle down in there and sort of "hide out". I prefer bare bottom QT in every instance....
