Wavemaker or Powerhead?

Hi,
I have 36 gallon tank and 2 clownfish in it. So, should i use powerhead or wavemaker ? Also in what position should I place it?

In terms of water movement those are the same to me! Depending on your budget you could use 1 medium sized power head or 2 smaller ones. Just depends on your tank and what you want to keep inside the tank!

Are you planning to do corals, or just fish? Corals like the random movement from a wave maker, but there are power heads that simulate this too (like the Vortech MP10).

Most people put them on the side of the tank, but it will depend on your rock placement.

Am not planning to have corals.. I have live rocks..
