i cleaned my wavs today and now they don’t work this is what I’m getting in fusion has anyone seen this before

There was another thread today about Wavs just stopping after a few months. Seems ike these pumps are prone to issues, but I could be mistaking.

No problems for me yet but I have seen them have problems and what stinks is they are like a year old in the amount of time I used them but almost two years old (Black Friday) since I bought them

Yeah, they were actually saying they stop between 1-2years... let me try to find the thread

Yea this seems like it could be happening to me one pump took out the other one

Get in touch of customer service to get some help with it. You might be surprised.

Yea it’s the weekend I don’t think they are open
On a side note I removed my left wav and the right one started working so I think I have a bad wav

I’m lucky it didn’t crash my eb832 like I read it sometimes does

I’ve had issues with both pumps that I got in my starter kit. Neptune has replaced and fix what ever the issue was in my two pumps. I’m still waiting on my 2nd wav to come back. Hopefully by Friday.

Happened to mine. I thought it was the power supply to my 1-link. Turns out when the wav was plugged into the module it would trip the power off. Very strange
