Ways to verify a leak or crack?

I have a 125 gallon reef just getting started. (Just got my first corals about a week ago actually) I had a skimmer overflow today and despite my best efforts to soak up the water it has been dripping from my stand for a couple hours now and it has remained a fairly consistent drip I can’t seem to find a source for this water and as such I’m concerned I may have a leak or crack on the bottom pane is there anyway you guys could recommend I verify this before I tear down the tank to try and find the problem.

Turn off your return pump. Let the tank water level settle. Mark on your tank, with tape, the water level. If the water level goes below the tape mark overnight you will have your answer. Leave a power-head and air stone running in the DT and anything else you will need to keep things 'ok' while you perform this test.
