Hey everyone,

Given the coronavirus situation here, there's little I can do to get my tank set up and running. I don't have access to saltwater or sand until the LFS installer is allowed in my building. But in the meantime, I'm trying to get the aquascaping done.

The pictures and video attached here are of an aquascape that is not yet glued with the Marco Mortar Kit, so the shelves aren't perfectly level or placed precisely -- just held with gravity and friction. I'm leaving a 2-inch margin all around. It's about 38cm high, with a total available height of 57cm from the bottom to the top of the glass inside.

Do any of you have any advice or impressions of what's done here? How much of this should I glue while it's on the cardboard, and how much should I glue when it is in the display? Anything you'd do differently? Any questions I can answer?

Thank you in advance.

David

I think it looks good. I would cement or glue any parts that have the slightest wobble once in the tank.

I personally wouldn't glue anything you don't need to......especially in a smaller tank. You would be surprised how often you will wish you could pull out a rock for various reasons. As stated, defiantly glue anything that is not secure. Ideally I try to break up my aquascapes in sections so it can be removed if needed. Looks good!
