Starting this thread to document the progression of my 25g tideline cube. I have been out of the hobby for 10+ years. i throughly enjoy designing and 3D printing anything and everything, so I am going to customize everything possible.

Taking my time this go-around to not burn out.

The ATO Fill Basin was attached to the back of the stand so I could re-fill the ATO reservoir without having to remove the reservoir itself. There is a 1/2" barb fitting that goes into the top of the reservoir. I then have 2 redundant float valves in the return chamber.

I wanted a way to store my red sea test kit in the stand without taking up much space.

I ran into some interference with the overflow emergency drain line and the 1" bulkhead from the tank. I tried to come up with some kind of diversion tubing down the ends of the external overflow box, but it was too tight.

I modified a maggie muffler to fit in the tight space. The primary purpose of this muffler was to silence the trickle of the emergency drain. I am only running ~150gph through my sump so I dont think I will run into any issues with "obstructing" the emergency drain pipe. The primary siphon drain line is 1" and is at the bottom of the overflow box.

For temp control I wanted some kind of safeguard against run-away heaters. I have the 100w hygger heater set to 80F, and I have this Inkbird ITC-1000F set to maintain ~77.5F. The inkbird is contained within an enclosure that has a receptacle at the back. One for heat, one for fans. I maintain our house at 68-74F year-round, so I dont think I will run into any issues with getting too hot.

The temp probe for the inkbird is in the display mounted onto the side of the tank with a simple bracket.
