We all have them.....so let's see them!!!

I was just sitting in front of my tank wondering which Aiptasia the Berghia Nudibranch, that I just ordered, would go for first. You know, if they weren't so bad for the corals, I wouldn't mind them. They are actually kinda pretty to me. I snapped a couple of pics(still working on my photo skills) I thought I would share. :snicker: Let's see what you have in your tank.

I also have a 10 gallon just for these little and not so little critters so that the Berghia's will always have something to eat. As stated in another thread, I will be passing a couple of the Berghia's on to local fellow reefers. Here are some of the pics from the 10 gallon.

I thought all reefers had them in there tank/s. I know that no matter how hard I try I am not able to keep them away. Unfortunitley I am at work right now and not able
to post any pics of the monsters growing in my tank. What are your thoughts about Aptasia Zappers as a cure for them?

I had hundreds of them in my elos. I bought 5 peppermint shrimp they were all gone in 2 weeks. Now I have 1 or 2 I am gonna zap tonight.

They don't bother me as bad as they do some people. I keep several peppermint shrimp to keep them from getting out of hand but I almost always have one or two showing here and there. I treat them with Aiptasia X if they get too big. I had some hitchhike in on some sps frags from a local reefer that had a tank infested with them. I've had them ever since. They only got out of hand once in a 40 breeder but I ordered a bunch of peppermints and they cleaned them right up. I have one at the moment in my 8 gal. biocube I'm leaving alone. It only has a small mantis shrimp, some mushrooms and some macro algae. I figure they'll be a good part of the clean up crew in there.

I think Peppermint shrimp farm Aiptasia. Lol Seems like they always leave a few. When I zap mine with Aiptasia X the peppermints go right after them.

I use to have them and majanos, but when a friend was visiting and made the comment that he had never seen such big aptasias before, I decided to do something about them. I bought a matted filefish and now there are none.
