ok that one looks nice. a little big for my application, but still much better than their first one. i’m guessing that’s why their first one is now discontinued.

DIY is very simple to do. I will making a upflow ATS for my new im 25 Lagoon and will DIY the light. not much to it. will use 660 NM cree reds. or you could go 2 reds and one blue. for heat sinks I have used electrical plates with success. or get a cpl of the small fans type from ebay there cheap and there you go.
that said yeah I agree would be nice if someone made a very versatile light .

I picked up a few of those cheap to grow phyto. I just rubber band them to the side of the jars. They are small and very thin and they worked really good for that. Seem pretty good quality too...
I am going to try one on my fuge for my reefer 250.

I'm using a cheato max in my AIO back sump. I haven't seen algae in the dt since adding it .Great little light. Having everything in the back leaves room underneath for all the other junk I felt I needed... . Lol. I just run an algae scrubber (diy in pic) filter floss and eshopps 75h. Table spoon or two of carbon one a week or two. The one pic is of the algae I grew in about 2 weeks.
