I'm so glad to hear this. FedEx has made some inexplicable and upsetting mistakes (and some not so "mistakes") lately, that go FAR beyond just delays. In fact, this reminds me that I'm waiting on a call from their management team to discuss these ongoing issues. Thanks for the reminder, now I can follow up (yet) again (after waiting 3 1/2 weeks to hear anything). Anyone else shipping live animals needs to switch as well. I've actually avoided purchasing from vendors who only use FedEx lately.
