Just seeing if I'm reading this right. You want an underwater cam for 24/7? Plenty of options for out of water, 24/7. Unless you got a 5,000+ gallon tank?

I had a wifi Samsung set up for my dog-walker that came into the house daily. Anyways she was very trustworthy so my wife moved the wifi cam in front of the tank. Best thing ever, can check in 24/7. Often see stuff that would never happen when I'm there in front of tank.

this one isn't waterproof, but has good reviews and doesn't break the bank. With a 60 day return period i might give this a shot and see how it works.
