So it is week 7.5 and aquarium specialists came to look at my tank. Say it stills needs a bit longer before add anything else.
Quick review.
Week 1, cycle with just live sand
Week 2, cycle with just live sand
Week 3 cycle with live sand.
week 4 3xgreen chromis added with 1 snail.
Week 5 Live rock added.
Week 6 -- I snuck in an emerald crab and 11 more snails.
week 7 -- Nothing.
Week 8--- is going to be nothing :-(

Specialist says if tests good next time will be adding anemone next, one compatible with my 2 future clownfish. I hate waiting. Was hoping for a peppermint or cleaner shrimp this week.

It takes a ton of patience, that is one of the hardest parts of the hobby. Time will fly by and you'll be adding corals in no time.

And they are not really specialist if they are adding an anemone to a tank less then 3 months.

The Cleaner Shrimp and the Clowns sound like better additions next.

It's a hobby not a race, and expensive hobby.

Are you doing your own testing?

I have messed with the test kit a few times. But don't really worry about it they have more expensive stuff. They didn't say when I could get the anemone, just that it is what is next on the plan. I guess they don't want the anemone stressed so it will host the clowns, so it has to be in the tank a while before those go in.
