Weird Algae ID

Looking to identify this short algae growing on rock work. It is about a half inch to an inch long mostly on vertical rock surfaces. Not present on glass, sand or back of tank. It's not slimy at all but rather tough and weedy. Doesn't seem to be hurting anything as far as I can tell.

Any Ideas?

My only guess would be turf algae. I had it in my last tank but it grew in much denser patches. But it was also tough and weedy. And unlike gha, remained short
