Weird Brown Blotch on Multiple Red Stripe Anthias

Two of my Red Stripe Anthias have a weird brown blotch on their body? It looks like discoloration and it doesn't appear to be raised. I've had them for two weeks and the spot appeared in the last week or so. Can someone tell what they think it could be?

Looks like an injury or even a sting from urchin, rabbit fish or coral. Keep an ete on it to assure it does develop into an infection.

I could only get a brief glimpse on one. Is the spot in the same location in both fish? Does it show on both sides of the fish?
What are all those particles in the water?

The spot is only on one side. It is not in the same location. One has it much lower than the other. It is on the same side of both fish.

Rabbitfish sting is possible. I do have a Foxface.
