Weird bug

I moved a piece of live rock and there were 4 or 5 of these that burrowed into the sand. This is him dried up, what is it?

baby fireworm , good thing you caught them ,those will sting the crap outa everything , and later kill fish and clams

Remove. Try using long gloves when working in your tank. They hurt like cray! Do not underestimate them.
