Weird circle on powder blue

I've had this fish for around 6 months and I haven't added any other fish. Does anyone know what this circle could be?

Just a nip, not unusual.
But they have a bad rep for bullying.
Someone had enough balls to nip him….HA!

Yea my foxface has ich all of the time and my copperband had bite marks on his fin. It could also be the sailfin but he also has ich. The only fish that doesn't is the powder blue which means he's most likely the culprite.
