10 gallon nano. 2 years old, lots of florida macro algae, hair algae, 1 sargassum fish. Weird jelly popped up overnight. It’s probably a foot long if stretched out. Any ideas what it is?

Thank you for the response! Nailed it, right by a window that gets afternoon florida sun. It’s def the neglected, minimalist tank. Felt bad and Tried to scrape and manually remove some of the hair algae last week and it just made everything grow back double, haha. Will get some clean up crew in it this weekend! Thanks again. It is likely a slime net build up from the large amount of hair algae and macroalgae that has form. In all honesty, this tank needs a good clean up and I am assuming the tank is at or near a window?
Pull as much as you can by hand and give the tank a Good siphoning, reduce white light intensity and add some cleaner snails such as Turbo, astrea, cerith, nerite, nassarius and about a dozen carribean blue leg hermits crabs. A se ahre would also do wonders.
The side that faces window- Get yourself a 30" sheet of black construction paper at walmart (96 cents) in stationery section and tape it on tank- Will block most of the UV rays) causing this.Thank you for the response!
