Weird creature

Hey guys, I got a quick question. When I was looking into my tank today I noticed a weird creature on one of my live rock. Does anyone know what this is? I posted a picture below and this is a salt water tank

Bristol worm? Been debated but my 2 cents they are harmless.

Don't touch it bare handed. They are CC, but avoid the big ones, get those out.

Clean-up Crew. It is a bristle though.

Oh okay cool thanks you very much. If they start to grow should I then remove it. This is my first saltwater tank so any feed back is greatly appreciated.

You'll know when it gets to big. I remove any of them that reach over 6" personally. But they get much bigger.

There are several species of Bristle Worms. The more common ones found in our aquariums are harmless scavengers. Numbers are easily controlled through proper feeding of your live stock. Over feed and your worm population will bloom!
