Weird creatures in my tank

I was reorganizing frag coral pieces when I found a small red crab. I have no idea if this is reef safe. Does anyone have a name for it? Thanks for the help.

Crabs are usually bad news what I understand. Do you have a sump? Can put him in there.

I don't have a sump just a protein skimmer. I also heard that if it looks like a crab you can eat, it's not reef safe. That's why I was worried and took it out of my tank. If I can't figure out what kind of crab he his ill probably just give him to my lfs.
