Weird creatures in the refugium.

They look like this. Almost like little grey shrimp all over the chaeto. Usually crawling with them, theyre all hiding in the chaeto right now.

And what are these white things. Theyre like little spiky balls with tails.

Any help is appreciated. I hope none of these creatures eat cope pods....

Amphipods the white ones are sponges. They are harmless

Cool find, you know you're doing good when you're growing amphipods!
That sponge is a pineapple (or q tip) sponge. I let them grow to plague proportions in my sump but kick them out of DT.
