Weird extrusion from utter choas polyp - is this normal ?

Looks like something came out of my utter choas polyps. Maybe a stem, an antenna, or their insides going out ? No other zoa ever did this in my tank.

Is this normal ? Does that mean anything ? Should I be worried ?
