Hard to take a good picture but was wondering what invert would cause this! Little clouds of dust spew from them too.

Impossible to tell from that shot. Can you get a shot without the blue lights on?

Looks like detritus to me.
Increase or direct flow towards it to get it into your filter system. Siphon out with water changes. Get a CUC that targets sand and feeds on detritus.
Many options.

Hmmm maybe it's time for a better clean up crew! I don't touch my sand, I've always used those snails with the submarine binoculars that stick out of the sand!

Guess I'll have to make an order for reef cleaners

I have the same issue. What cuc is recommended to take care of this?

I would personally just add more flow to that area. If detritus is able to settle there and build up, it could be considered a "dead spot" flow wise.
Its likely a benthic CUC would only take care of it in passing. Stirring it up a little, maybe eating it, and will otherwise just sit there until that happens.

With that said,
Nassarius snails, Cucumbers, Sand Conchs, Queen Conchs, Fighting Conchs, Sand Sifting Stars (if you have a large tank) are all options to stirring the sand up and help keeping the surface refreshed and pretty.

I'm not able to get anymore flow without the tank rocking lol I have two mp40s on 90 percent on my 65 gallon lol that's why I didn't think it was detritus, as it just started appearing as of recent

No matter what it is, it's not getting sifted or blown around with your current setup. How high are those MP40's and what direction are they pointing?
What mode are your running?
