Weird growth on glass?

I am starting to see these small "stringy" things on the glass. If I wipe them off, they are back the next day. I recently treated my tank for digitate hydroids. These are not that. I am 8 weeks into a fishless tank because of a parasite, so my pod population is huge. Not sure if the two are related. I know pics speak a 1000 words, but I cannot get them to come out in a pic.

Do you have any snails? Could be snail eggs. My ceriths lay eggs on the glass about everyday!

Hmm..I do have cerith snails. I guess they could be, but they aren't "sacks" per say, they look stringy.

Yeah mine are all connected it's looks like a squiggly string not sacs at all haha

And they will wave in the current after a while once they get unattached
