Weird growths in reef tank

Can anyone identify what is growing in my tank?

I have a weird ghost like film growing on one of my frag "posts" and then this morning notices some white fluffy stuff growing on my ricordea frag....it is also in other parts of the tank.

it could be bacterial. it almost looks like the stuff on the bottom of the plug is bacterial or fungal which should go away in time while a more sponge-like growth is advancing on the ricordea. i would see if it progresses further and if so attempt manual removal.
