I bought some coral from a LFS and found this weird pink leech like looking thing on one of the frag plug and bubble algae on the other. Can anyone identify this weird pink worm?

Another question is can I safely put the corals in my tank after physically removed these pest? Or do I have to quarantine them for a few weeks?

I see a bristle worm and a couple of vermetid snail tubes.

If you're worried that there are more "pests" on the coral that you may have missed, then you may want to do an observational QT for a couple of weeks for the coral; if you're worried about disease (odds of a coral bringing a disease are incredibly low, but - unfortunately - not zero) then you would want to do a QT of at least 45 days at 81F.

Are bristle worm and vermetid snail and bubble algae are something I have to worry about? Do physically remove them before putting the corals would work?

undesirable algae. same for the worm/snail.

edit: and yes. remove outside of tank and rinse in RO water before placing back in tank

Not necessarily worry about, but these can be nuisances.

Most people would recommend removing the vermetid snails and bubble algae for sure since they can be invasive. Bristleworms are harmless/beneficial but somewhat ugly, so some people remove them while others keep them.

If you don’t want to quarantine the coral before adding it, then yes, most people would say to just remove whatever you want to remove and add the coral.

Slightly off topic but stuff like that makes me nervous about going back to the LFS.
Sadly they are the only one within 100 miles radius. Besides Petco. So I'm kinda stuck with them if I want something different than what Petco carries. Unless I'm willing to pay expensive shipping to have them shipped from online store.
