Weird looking algae

So the past few days I’ve noticed some weird green algae in my tank. At first I thought it was a moly from a snail since it’ very thin. I tried to remove only to notice it’s stuck to my rock. If anyone can help identify this I would greatly appreciate it

Yea I just looked up what sea lettuce looked like and that’s pretty much what it is. Is it a good thing or bad I kept seeing mixed feelings about it

Have you got a refugium you can put it in or know someone that might like it, great tang and fox face food.
... I would leave it by the way and manually prune as required.
