Weird looking thing in my torch coral

What is this on the base of my torch coral I took it out just in case but if anyone could help ID that would be helpful, sorry for poor pics

For whatever reason, I cannot see the video. Got the audio in the video, though... strange.
Best guess based on the photos only, barnacle...

In the video it looks like it's clear when you shine the light on it, so maybe some kind of sponge or anemone but very hard to tell
