Weird new growth in my new tank substrate.

What on earth are these glass blob looking things growing in my substrate? They weren’t there yesterday and appeared in a little spot of Diatom growth Any ID help would be appreciated soooo much! Thanks

Look like air bubbles to me, have you tried stirring the sand there?

How old is your tank? it looks like the diatoms were stirred up possibly by a Power head...
