Weird nudibranch in sump ID plz

So I started my reef tank with LR so my sump is filled with my sis shrimp, copepods, amphipods, bristle worm etc. But I found this the other day, Ive had a planaria issue for a long time but this doesn't seem like planaria. What is it, is it bad?

Best way to look at it....if you discard something that was good for your tank not the end of the world....but if you don't discard something that was bad it could be devastating months from now. Usually just stick on the side of caution and throw it out.

agree when in doubt take it out, give some time here for id first

Welp, I'm screwed. This is what I get for neglect I guess. I haven't touched my caulerpa fuge and I just removed some to make space and found dozens of the same thing... I'm just hoping it's the same as the one on this thread:https://www.nano-reef.com/forums/topic/375777-tiny-orange-nudibranch/

They look the same and I have so many spirorbid worms which can explain the numbers.

That’s probably a caulerpa eating sea slug. Not a nudi. Lacks the cerata stingers that nudis have.
