Weird pattern on powder brown.

Ok so fish has been in qt so he hasn’t been stung by anything in tank. Fish has been treated with tank to tank method and prazipro. Does anyone know what this is or seen it before?

Thanks @Humblefish I’ll treat it with some kanaplex as it’s in the qt. It eats well and the tank water is always new. It has had the marking since I received the fish. Doesn’t appear to be getting any worse or better.
