There is this weird whit pimple like think on my fire fishes head does anyone know what it is?

Looks like post injury trying to heal. If it worsens, consider treatment in separate tank with Maracyn 2 or seachem kanaplex

It can and also can be bacterial hence recommendation of treatment

Injuries will look similar to that, sometimes they heal nicely, other times they don’t (like a scar on us).
Clean water definitely helps.
Likely got scraped on a rock or got into a scuffle with another fish.
