Weird pink stuff growing on hermot

Noticed these weird polyp type things growing on my hermit shell. Just curious what they are? Thanks.

Not aiptasia.
It looks like some type of polyp or possibly hydroids.

Might be some sort of polyps, but it does look like a load of aiptasia. The odd thing is, I've never seen aiptasia this uniformed in size or that thick on a nonporous surface. I've had thick aiptasia but on my pukani rock, which is very porous. On hard, relatively flat surfaces, it is usually one here and there.
