my pygmy angel just turned completely white for an hour now he is back to normal he was eating and acting normal parameters are all fine what could cause this ?

well is my tank to small all i have is a firefish the pygmy angel and two clowns in my 29 gal prob 30 pounds of live rock and 25 pounds of sand tank is 7 months old but i have started to notice he does it rite after i cut the light off could there be a nocturnal pest i have not seen messing with him ?

A lot of fish will change coloration after the lights go out....usually nothing to worry about.
