Weird red on sand bed

My tank has barely been cycled. In getting diatoms looking to get cuc but noticed this with whites on any idea? Maybe something from me and I just noticed it

Looks like broken plastic to me, mostly based on how perfect that circle looks. Anything red and plastic around the tank/you've used in the last few days/weeks?

No but could def be an add from a child. I'll pull it out and see. Plastic makes sense

Think it came in the sand. I see red specs all over sand bed.
